“A Perfect” is a 4-star graded, fully equipped self-catering apartment situated in a prime neighbourhood of Wellington and is in close proximity to the town and surrounding wine farms. The unit is spacious, stylized furnished and is on the bottom floor of the main house (owner stays on the top floor). Guests have accessibility through own remote-controlled entrance gate and private front door. We cater for a maximum of 6 guests.
The unit consists of a large living room area, open plan kitchen, undercover outside barbeque area and secure parking for 3 vehicles. Option to add up to 3 bedrooms based on the number of guests, your room preferences and overall budget (for example a single bedroom occupancy is more expensive than 2 persons sharing a bedroom). The extra bedrooms not used during your stay will not be rented out to anyone else.
The open plan, modern kitchen with granite tops is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, build in oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery. For the kitchen, a starter pack which include coffee, tea, sugar, and milk is supplied.
The air-conditioned lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV with full DSTV Explora Premium package which includes all movies, series, and sport channels. The lounge opens to the outside, covered barbeque area with lovely mountain views.
The 3 bedrooms are very modern, all standard with en-suite bathroom, build in cupboards, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The beds are covered with good quality, crisp white linen. Bathroom towels and a starter pack which include soap, conditioning shampoo, foam bath and toilet paper are supplied.
To cater for extreme hot summer conditions (up to 45°C), the unit is fitted with double glazed windows, foam in all outside wall cavities and air conditioners. The swimming pool of the Main house is available for guests to use. Please bring your own swimming towels. Wi Fi is free and available throughout the unit.
